Chai or coffee? PollenTea Room – Hobart, Tasmania

In the beautiful and historic Battery Point a cute little cafe called Pollen Tea Room poses the eternal question – coffee or tea? In this case, a double shot flat white or a spicy chai latte. Both were exceptional quality and the cosy interiors of this tiny cafe make this a worthwhile destination. You will find this tea room just a few of hundred metres up the hill from the famous Salamanca Place with its galleries, restaurants and famous saturday markets. A vegetarian cafe cuisine is served most of the day and the cakes and slices are very popular. A communal table adds to the desirability of spending a considerable time pondering flat white or chai latte.
